  • Return Period: You've got 30 days from the delivery date to decide if your travel gear sparks joy or not.

  • Catch: If your return gets lost in transit like your socks in a suitcase, we can't complete the refund magic. So, add some tracking to that return for a safe journey!

  • Time Travel: No refunds in the land beyond the 30-day mark. Sorry, no exceptions!

  • Cash Splash: Give us 3-5 business days to make that refund appear in your account like a surprise souvenir from a far-off land.

  • Shipping Ships Away: We're not magicians; we can't refund shipping costs.

  • Return Requisites: Items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNUSED, and still sport their tags if they came with any. We're all about that new gear smell!

  • Return Ride: You're in charge of the return ticket (i.e., return shipping costs). It's like a one-way trip back to us.

2. UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS - The Great Vanishing Act:

  • Vanishing Mystery: If the tracking claims your package pulled a Houdini act but never made it to you, reach out to us.

  • Carry the Torch: Once it's in the carrier's hands, they're the magic masters of delivery. We'll unleash the carrier-hounds to find your goodies.

  • Resolution Magic: If your travel loot is still missing after our investigation, we'll offer you the choice of re-shipping or store credit. Sorry, no refunds on this magic show.

3. Return Rollercoaster - Let's Get in Touch:

  • Tech Trouble: If you're having portal problems and can't process a return or exchange, don't worry! Give us a shout at, and our tech wizards will lend a hand, please include return/exchange in your email title.

4. Lost in Transit Adventures Due to Carrier:

  • Claim Deadline: If your package decides to embark on a solo journey through the Bermuda Triangle, fret not! You've got 30 days from the estimated delivery date to report it lost.

  • Our Pledge: We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. Because your adventures shouldn't include treasure hunting for lost packages!

5. Oops, a Bumpy Landing:

  • Damaged Goods Drama: If your order arrives looking like it survived an action movie stunt, send us a photo of the damaged goods at
